In 1933, Grandpa Levarht started our company just outside Amsterdam. Even back in those days, his perfectionism and his passion for fresh fruit and vegetables caused him to enter into cooperation with growers near and far to present customers top quality produce. Today, we still have strategic partnerships with most of these companies.

More than 85 years later, this passion, pioneering spirit and dedication are still in the genes of our family business. Unique characteristics we bring into the partnership with our customers and growers, characteristics that guarantee you that we will unburden you and deliver consistent quality and services. By combining our own production with that of our partners, we are able to deliver the best quality in the shortest possible time, anywhere in the world, all year round.

Every day we supply our customers with fresh and healthy fruit and vegetables. Thousands of different products find their way to kitchens in more than 80 countries all over the world and inspire people to eat and live healthily. We grow vegetables in our own greenhouses in Mexico, New Zealand and Asia. We also have our own farms in New Zealand and Costa Rica, where we grow avocados and melons. On top of that we have the wonderful fresh products from our partner growers.

Happy consumers are the driver we share throughout the entire supply chain. So we all want to understand the consumers better. By exploring the customer journey and sharing our knowledge, we enable ourselves to respond to the challenges of an always changing market.
