DHG distinguishes itself from the rest of the market in three areas: with the development of new logistics real estate ‘at our own risk', with the proven concept of SMARTLOG distribution centres and with the speed of our operations. DHG is present at all important logistics hotspots including Rotterdam, western and central Brabant, Venray, Vlissingen, Groningen and Schiphol region.

We pay a great deal of attention to sustainability in the development and construction of our distribution centers. With Two Zero we have our own solar energy company. With this we develop and operate solar parks on the roofs of the DHG buildings so that we can facilitate our tenants even better. Our in-house BREEAM expert ensures that the sustainability performance of our SMARTLOGS is as high as possible.
