Better conversation skills for everyone. That is the mission of Faculty of Skills.

Faculty of Skills (2012) is a training agency based in Utrecht. We create training programmes for organisations and educational institutions to improve communication skills.

Our in-house software TrainTool is a unique tool for practising conversation skills in online video role-playing games. With feedback from coaches and our AI coach Alix, participants make rapid progress. 


Faculty of Skills is an expert in customer contact, sales skills, leadership development and personal effectiveness. For clients such as ABN AMRO, Randstad and Jumbo, we train up to thousands of employees at the same time. In education, we work at intermediate and higher vocational schools and universities at home and abroad.
