About
GezondheidsZorg Asielzoekers (GZA) zorgt voor goede zorg voor alle asielzoekers. Hierbij besteden we extra aandacht aan taal- en cultuurverschillen, de asielprocedure, de leefsituatie en de zorgbehoefte van asielzoekers. GZA heeft op vrijwel elke COA opvanglocatie een gezondheidscentrum waar de asielzoeker terecht kan voor een afspraak met een zorgprofessional zoals de doktersassistent, verpleegkundige, POH-GGZ of huisarts. Daarnaast hebben we een Medisch Contact Centrum wat 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week beschikbaar is voor telefonische zorgvragen. GZA is onderdeel van Arts en Zorg, een innovatieve organisatie van geïntegreerde eerstelijns gezondheidscentra.
