About

Coastal Real Estate Group was founded in 2010 and established the business at 344 Front St. in the 1920's Reid Building in the heart of downtown Ketchikan. The building was completely renovated in 2010 in keeping with the historic atmosphere of the downtown core.

The founders of the company consist of four long time Ketchikan couples with an extensive background in the real estate market in southeast Alaska. The founders are David and Debbie Anderes, Michael and Marna Cessnun, Michael and Michal Beth Elerding, and Terry and Mary Wanzer.

Our company uses a team approach to servicing the real estate needs of the community and we take pride in living up to our motto of Integrity...Knowledge...Results. We provide complimentary ‘Opinion of Values' for home owners looking to possibly list their home, we provide relocation information to people looking to make Ketchikan their home, and strive to give our clients the best possible service.
