Mobilane has international operations in Europe, Asia, North America and Africa. The company has subsidiaries in England, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and South Africa and manufacturing facilities in eight locations across the world. Mobilane products are used in more than 22 countries in and outside Europe.

The origin of Mobilane lies in the Netherlands, where it was founded in 2001 as a subsidiary of the Darthuizer Group, to concentrate on developing and marketing innovative green systems that contribute to a better living climate in urban environments. Over the years systems like the Mobilane GreenScreen, MobiRoof ECO, MobiPanel, WallPlanter, LivePanel, LivePicture, LiveDivider PLUS, NoiStop and the DNA InsectScan have been added to the range of Mobilane.
