Highwater Management is the premier service management company serving the Mid-Atlantic states. Founded in 1999 by Matt Haley & Scott Kammerer, Highwater Management has been consulting and managing restaurants in the Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania area for over 20 years. We currently manage a wide variety of venues, from sports complexes to golf courses to restaurants. Highwater Management focuses on our clients' needs and expectations, forming long-term beneficial relationships, and specializing in local, fresh, simple food. Our hands-on approach allows us to be accessible for personalized service.
