Kirkpatrick & Associates, Inc is a hospitality Interior Design and purchasing firm dedicated to creating innovative hospitality interiors that optimize the return on investment for owners. Our design expertise enables us to provide market driven design concepts with creative solutions that meet the needs and budgets of individual properties. This individual design approach provides the owner with interiors that are a marketing tool, resulting in increased occupancy and ADR.

In addition to being a Hilton preferred Interior Design and purchasing firm, we are also certified Perfect Mix Lobby specialists. We combine knowledge of Brand standards with expert use of color, furnishings, textures, materials, technology, and lighting. We then add our purchasing power, and a touch of practical, common sense to develop a design solution. This method has produced award winning interiors for a variety of properties, and we believe it is the best approach to providing the most value for the owner's Capitol investment.

Our NCIDQ certified interior designers provide all of the documentation necessary to take your project from initial design development through completion of the project. We coordinate the purchasing and logistics to meet construction/occupancy schedules, and we strive to be responsive to our client's needs while operating with the highest level of honesty and integrity.
