Blupoint Healthcare owns and manages four skilled nursing facilities with a total of over 500 beds providing post acute transitional care and long term care.

Our facilities are located in Western, Mass, Central Mass, Worcester, and the North Shore. We serve patients from across the state including all Boston Hospitals, Baystate Medical, UMass, St. Vincent's, Milford Hospital, Portsmouth Regional and many more.

Blupoint Healthcare strives to maintain our history and reputation for providing high quality of care and quality of life to our residents, while providing a safe and rewarding work environment for each other.

By following a philosophy that recognizes each resident is unique, we believe it is our responsibility to learn how our residents choose to live their lives and support their choices in their daily routines. To that end, we ask our residents the questions that help them to assist them in living the life that they choose.

We will respect each resident and each other, treating our charges and our colleagues with the dignity and choice that we would want for ourselves.

We offer short term post acute rehab, long term care, memory care, and respite care in all of our four facilities located in South Hadley/Western Mass, Athol/Central Mass, Whitinsville/Worcester And Amesbury/North Shore.
