Founded locally in Washington State, The Home Care Company is proud to serve the entire Puget Sound Area. Utilizing 15 years of experience, we have made it our Mission to: Help Our Clients Proactively Plan For A Secure Future. At this moment, approximately 10,000 people in our country turn 65 every day. For many of those individuals, maintaining independence at home is a primary concern. We have made a commitment to simplifying the process of planning for the future, because seeking help should offer peace of mind and not be intimidating.

The Home Care Company was designed specifically to provide the highest level of service to our clients at a more affordable rate. We offer cost-savings through our unique business model to help preserve individual or family resources. Each client has their own Care Manager who helps ensure safety, comfort and client satisfaction. Representatives are available (7) days a week to respond to questions or implement changes in service.

Our hiring practices are very selective because making the right match is important. As a state-licensed agency, it is required that all of our caregivers are certified, bonded and insured (including Worker's Compensation). These quality assurance measures allow us to provide excellent care to our clients with no added liability.
