About

CBI Employment was established in 2007 as CBI Employment, Inc. by founders Christel Caputo and Irene McCarty. CBI serves the workers' compensation industry - insurance companies, self-insured companies and third-party administrators (TPAs). Through close relationships with adjusters, attorneys and other service providers, CBI is uniquely positioned to mitigate the high cost of workers' compensation claims by proving employability for those claimants who have an obligation to look for work within their physical restrictions.

We keep claimants accountable. A case referred to CBI is no longer a name on a list, a task that has to be tended to. Every person referred to us is front burner, top of mind and accountable to us in their job search efforts.

CBI has a database, constantly updated, of thousands of jobs. Our seasoned recruiters are always in the market for new listings, but the goal is quality, not just quantity.
