About
Located in Canon City, our Colorado hospice has been offering our truly extraordinary physical, emotional and spiritual support to those facing life-limiting illness for more than 10 years.
Throughout this time, we've been told by hundreds of family members they simply couldn't have done it without us. Sadly, however, we continue to see hospice-eligible patients delay admission, spending days rather than months receiving the comfort care that improves quality of life; grieving families in crisis as they anticipate the death of someone important to them; and people postponing communication about the kind of care they hope to receive at the end of life.
Our belief is that the more conversations we can start in our community about the difference Fremont Regional Hospice can make now, the more people we can support at one of the most difficult and vulnerable times in their lives. We want patients to know:
