About

SBFC is a full-service primary care clinic serving the underserved patients with continuity-of-care and educational information provided by medical practitioners, medical students, undergraduate students supervised by faculty of the UCR School of Medicine.

To use a holistic and sustainable approach to address the health disparities of the San Bernardino County and to provide much-needed medical assistance to people who lack or are unable proper medical care. With this, SBFC seeks to improve some of the more common health problems in San Bernardino and will intervene to challenge health disparities and chronic diseases.

Integration of a variety of healthcare specialties as well as taking a holistic approach of healthcare to serve medically disadvantaged populations. Educate and empower our patients and community members to ensure sustainability and the clinic's long-term success. It is our hope to continue to grow and provide quality care to our underserved community for many more years to come.
