Saeby Fish Canners Ltd. was founded in 1947 and is owned by the Vanggaard Foundation.
By delivering unique standards for chemical-free production and traceability in the consumer- and private label industry, Saeby Fish Canners Ltd. is now Europe's leading mackerel manufacturer.
More than 85 percent of our export is to large international supermarket chains in Europe.
Every year Saeby Fish Canners Ltd. produce around 97-105 million cans – at full capacity we can produce 150 million cans a year.
Today Saeby is the one of largest producers of canned Scomber ccombrus mackerel in the EU, represented worldwide.
