Most importantly the second-hand collected goods increase our service coverage to majority of lower Living Standard Market who wouldn't ordinarily have access to appropriate quality Assistive technologies in private sector.

3. Buyback program - Buying back used devices from our customs that do not prefer or not suitable for Product as a Service.
4. Assess and evaluate people living with physical impairments to prescribe suitable Assistive Technologies.
