The University of South Florida Community Emergency Response Team (USF CERT) is a volunteer disaster response organization in Hillsborough County, Florida. Under the direction of Hillsborough County Fire Rescue's Office of Emergency Management, we provide volunteers for both emergency and non-emergency functions, including community outreach, hurricane & cold weather sheltering, damage assessment, emergency operations center support, event support, training, and more.
