Our Vision is a more just and inclusive world, where engaged global citizens are fueled by the desire and the skills to come to deeply understand different perspectives, rather than to simply perpetuate their own.

Our Values
Empathy
We choose to practice empathy – which does not mean that we always agree with each other, or that we give up our own feelings and views. It means we recognize each other's inherent dignity and deeply listen to understand.

Transformation
We believe transformation is possible – for individuals, for relationships, and for systems. It requires that we dig into conflict, choose vulnerability, and let go of the illusion of quick fixes.

Empowerment
We commit to creating brave spaces where the identities, expertise, and voice of each person are valued and challenged to grow. We believe in offering skills that allow leadership to blossom.

We trust that a just future is possible, and we commit to doing our part to build that future. We work to surface conflict, tension, and injustice. By doing so, we can navigate through it together, heal what is broken, and create change that dismantles oppression.
