Schon seit 150 Jahren gilt das Toggenburg als heile Welt für Wanderfreunde, Naturliebhaber, Wintersport-ler und Erholungssuchende. Hier, im überschaubaren Hochtal zwischen dem Säntis und den sieben Chur-firsten, ist die Natur noch unberührt, der Lebensstil entspannt und das Brauchtum erlebbar. Die bekann-testen Ausflugsziele im Sommer sind der Klangweg mit seinen 26 Instrumenten, der Toggenburger Hö-henweg und der Chäserrugg mit dem Gipfelgebäude der Architekten Herzog & de Meuron, von wo aus sich die volle Pracht des Tals genüsslich beobachten lässt. Im Winter verwandelt sich das Toggenburg in ein entspanntes Paradies, das mit 60 Kilometern Piste, einem grossen Funpark und 17 modernen Bahnen und Liften gross genug ist, damit jede und jeder seine Traumabfahrt ins Glück findet.

For 150 years, Toggenburg has been known as an idyllic world for hiking enthusiasts, nature lovers, winter sports fans and those seeking relaxation. Here in the small but beautiful Hochtal valley between Säntis and the seven Churfirsten peaks, nature remains untouched, the lifestyle is relaxed and there is an abundance of traditions. The most popular excursions in summer are Klangweg with its 27 instruments, Toggenburger Höhenweg and Chäserrugg with the summit building designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron, from where visitors can enjoy the view of the valley in its full splendour. In winter, Toggenburg transforms into a relaxed paradise with 60 kilometres of slopes, a large fun park and 17 modern cable cars and ski lifts, mak-ing it large enough for everyone to find their dream descent to happiness.
