Hockessin Athletic Club is Delaware's Premier Fitness Facility. Not your average gym, HAC offers over 90 pieces of cardio equipment, free weights, machine weights, and two machine circuits on our main fitness floor, as well as a separate free weight room and guided express workout area. The Health Club also features a 5-pool aquatics complex, including an indoor waterpark, warm water therapy pool, whirlpool, lap pool, and outdoor pool. Additionally, HAC has a full-size basketball court, adult only locker rooms with saunas and steamrooms, a family locker room, childcare, kids' play area, and several programs and activities for children and adults. Hockessin Athletic Club features a warm, inviting atmosphere, and has often been likened to a country club. HAC isn't just a place to "workout,"​ it's a staple in the Hockessin community that helps you to implement health in all aspects of your lifestyle.
