As a family-run, privately owned company and professional home to a 160-strong team, keeping our culture alive at the iiaa is incredibly important to us. As a business, we promote positivity and confidence, and we want this to be the lived experience of our team too.

From the environment we work in – our beautiful London Bridge headquarters with amazing views of the city, or our warehouse and distribution location in Hemel Hempstead – to the regular socials that bring everyone together, we place importance on the things that make the iiaa a great place to work, supporting the diversity of our excellent team.
