Since 1883 St. Peter's Hospital has provided premier health care to our five-county region in Southwest Montana. Based in Helena, St. Peter's has over 1,300 skilled and dedicated staff members who provide exceptional medical care and outstanding service in the areas of family practice, specialty care, surgery, cancer treatment, orthopaedics, cardiology, behavioral health, hospice, seven-day-a-week urgent care and more.

Offering preventive health and wellness information to all members of the community is paramount in St. Peters'​ mission to provide exceptional and compassionate medical care. The hospital provides numerous free lectures and events, low cost CPR and First Aid classes, plus wellness screenings to help educate the public on important health issues.
