About
The largest dynamically developing national industrial transport trade union, embracing coastal maritime workers, students and cadets of maritime educational institutions of Ukraine, and Ukrainian seafarers working onboard foreign shipowners' vessels. Being the only maritime trade union in Ukraine affiliated to the ITF, the MTWTU represents 50,000 Ukrainian seafarers, both officers and ratings, and constantly increases the number of members through the successive work with seafarers, concluding CBAs and establishing international cooperation.
