At Noser Young, we train over 130 computer scientists, mediamaticians, digital business developers and ICT specialists. We are an independent public limited company within the Noser Group. With over 700 employees, the Noser Group is one of the leading providers of ICT solutions and services in Switzerland. As a competence center for basic vocational training and continuing education in the field of IT, Noser Young provides services to its partners in the Noser Group and external customers as an independently managed company. The focus of its activities is the practical, professional and high-quality training of young professionals, the creation of new apprenticeships and thus the sustainable securing of the next generation of skilled workers. Noser Young is one of the few companies in Switzerland to offer not only a basic apprenticeship year, but also a subsequent practical apprenticeship year.
