To contribute to the improvement of quality of life of the person and family; Avoid institutionalisation; Provide the dependent person and his / her family the possibility to maintain as much as possible a normal day to day life; Ensure all type of individualised and personalised care at home; Clarify and guide the family about doubts inherent to the cause of chronical or temporary dependence of the person; Cheer and occupy the person in order to keep her active.

To all people in a dependent situation:
- Temporary (immediate post operative, sudden illness, recovery, pregnancy, after birth)
- Permanent (chronicle illness, terminally ill patients, situation of dependence, through their rehabilitation, readaptation and social reinsertion)
- Permanent or temporary carer absence
- Loneliness: actions to fight loneliness which affects many elderly and may lead to depressive states.
