About

KMSTC is a training center serving the international maritime industry since 2012 when it was established to qualify the Ukrainian and international seafarers, and energy sector personnel training for making them more competitive in the international seafarers' labour market.
Specialised Training Centre is accredited by the State Service for Maritime, Inland Waterway Transport and Shipping of Ukraine and by the Energy Industry Organization (OPITO) for providing STCW and basic offshore safety training courses.
The centre carries out quality assessments for the specialized preparation and confirmation of seafarers' competencies due to orders of companies. The assessments are carried out in compliance with the customer companies' competent management systems according to national and international legislation.
Now KMSTC specializes in developing and delivering maritime industry-specific online courses. High-quality distant learning training meets new safety trends and requirements which are not covered within existing training standards.
