TECNOPLAST S.r.l. is involved in the supply, construction, maintenance and installation of pipeline systems in the following materials: GRP, GRE, Thermoplastics, thermoplastics reinforced with GRP.
Fields of application of GRP piping systems are the followings: aqueducts, sewers, sea water intakes and outfalls, potable water distribution, irrigation lines, penstocks, firefighting networks, GRP piping systems for the chemical, petrochemical, power industry and all the industrial application where high chemical and mechanical characteristics are required, GRP piping systems for desulphurization plants, quarry and slurry piping installations where high resistance to abrasion is required, offshore and shipbuilding applications.
TECNOPLAST is strongly committed in the field of SKID with the supply of the following activities: Detailed engineering, Construction of steel structure framework, Prefabrication of plastic piping, On module assembly (vessels, equipment, piping and relevant support), Electrical & Instrumental installation, Coating and insulation
Testing.
Tecnoplast can provide the following engineering services: Isometric and spools drawings, Stress Analysis calculation, Hydraulic calculation, installation design.
Tecnoplast can complete the supply assuring the availability of its own skilled and experienced supervisors and
laminators for the following activities up to the completion of the project: Site prefabrication activities, Assembly activities, Pressure testing activities, Maintenance service for plastics and composite products, Anti-corrosion coatings on steel and concrete tanks.
