TDC is an established private credit fund providing flexible debt capital to UK lower mid-market corporates.

Since its launch in 2015, TDC has raised over £1bn of capital across five funds and invested over £500m across more than 40 investments with 19 realisations to date. This investment has supported a range of positive transactional events including management buyouts, acquisitions, buy and build strategies and recapitalisations across both sponsor backed and owner-managed corporates.

With typical initial investment size of £10m - £40m, TDC is currently investing its institutionally-backed Fund IV designed to support the growth ambitions of private equity backed corporates, as well as its recently launched Impact Fund into growing SMEs left underserviced by more traditional lenders. This offering is provided by TDC's experienced team of investment professionals, who have over 250 years of combined investment and credit risk management experience.

TDC's contribution to the UK's lower mid-market has been repeatedly recognised through numerous industry awards, including being named "Funder of the Year" at the Business Desk Rainmaker awards for the last five years.
