About
The Group was founded in 1983 with the aim to source, transport and refine crude oil in Europe for the subsequent supply of petroleum products to the Swiss and Austrian markets.
Towards the end of the 80's, the main business activity became the international trading of crude oil and refined products, especially focusing on supplies from the North and West African sources.
Transportation capacity grew with the acquisition and management of tankers of various sizes in different segments, from crude oil to liquefied gases.
Investments were made in the oil upstream sector, lately sold, and in the engineering and related services activities to the Oil & Gas industry, that constitutes the core of current activities
