Tenet Marine Co is crew management company that specializes in quality-assured crewing services for ship-owners and ship management companies worldwide.

Founded in 1993, the management team in Ukraine, started as the representative of Greek companies: Avra Shipping S.A., Scandia Shipping Hellas Inc., Verba Shipping Ltd. We are very grateful to them and always remember about it.
Tenet Marine holds the Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Services License, and it maintains a quality system standard in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and MLC, 2006.

Tenet Marine offers tailored crewing services and international recruitment solutions. With offices located in Greece, Ukraine and Russia. Tenet provides access to a diverse pool of candidates. They include experienced and well-qualified maritime officers, engineers, ratings crew and staff on passenger ships, all with a good command of English. In serving the needs of the ship managers, we offer the expertise, resources and means to meet our clients' crew management needs.
In 1999, the list of our clients increased noticeably and was supplemented by companies from Spain, Germany, Belgium and Iran. It led to establishing branch offices within Ukraine, in Mariupol, Kherson and Odessa.
Today Tenet Marine has its offices in marine regions of the Mediterranean Sea, the Black Sea, the Azov Sea and the Danube River that is in Piraeus (GR), in Odessa and Mariupol (UA) and in Yalta, Crimea (RU). Each of our offices is staffed with professional and competent workers, who make up for Tenet Marine Company's team.

As result we have wide and various database of more than 20000 qualified seafarers of different ranks and nationalities.
