At Woods, creating and delivering better communities is at the heart of what we do.

We offer a full suite of Urban Design and Architecture, Engineering, 3 Waters, Planning, Surveying and Geo-Spatial services to the land development, building, health, institutional, energy, government, and transport sectors, to name a few.

From small-medium sized subdivisions right through to the most demanding of sites and scales of projects, we combine our disciplines to create innovative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions for our clients. Our holistic approach sees us partner with the land and the people, resulting in better outcomes for our clients but also for the people who live, work, and play in our communities.

As a hands-on, practical team, we have a flat organisational structure. There are no ‘managers managing managers' at Woods which is why you'll find all four of our directors running and delivering projects. Our specialists have access to in-house technologies, systems, and software to seamlessly and efficiently run every aspect of an ongoing project.
