Encomienda de Cervera, is a familiar estate with more than III Centuries of History, dedicated to the elaboration of VOLCANIC & ORGANIC WINES and OLIVE OILS.
We are in the heart of the Campo de Calatrava Volcanic Massif. Our Volcano, Maar de la Hoya de Cervera, was declared a Natural Monument in 1999.
Our wines have unique characteristics, based on the peculiarity of the volcanic land in which the vineyards are grown.
Furthermore, we aim to produce an exceptional GOURMET olive oil, of the best quality and properties, both organoleptic and nutritional.
Everything always with the maximum respect and care for nature and our environment.
