About
Step by Step Educational Initiatives Center is a place where people come together, give birth to ideas for the creation of good education and the preservation of every child's joy of childhood.
Since 1996, we have been promoting a child-centered educational philosophy in Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to fully actualize every child's right to a quality education. We are a full member of the International Step by Step Association.
We are proud of our Community of Innovative Teachers, which grew out of Step's desire to support teachers, whom he believes are a key factor in the development of children's potential. CIT provides teachers with autonomy, space for inspiration and recognizes their importance.
We initiate, encourage and influence changes in the educational system so that every child has access to quality education. Get inspired, become a #inteacher and inspire others!

Centar za obrazovne inicijative Step by Step je mjesto gdje se spajaju ljudi, rađaju ideje, kako bi stvarali dobro obrazovanje i čuvali radost djetinjstva za svako dijete.
Još od 1996. godine u Bosni i Hercegovini promoviramo obrazovnu filozofiju usmjerenu na dijete kako bismo u potpunosti ostvarili pravo svakog djeteta na kvalitetan odgoj i obrazovanje. Punopravna smo članica Međunarodne Step by Step asocijacije.
Ponosni smo na Zajednicu inovativnih nastavnika/ca koja je izrasla je iz Step-ove želje da podrži nastavnike, za koje vjeruje da su ključni faktor za razvoj dječjih potencijala. ZIN omogućava nastavnicima autonomiju, prostor za inspiraciju i prepoznaje njihov značaj.
Iniciramo, potičemo i utičemo na promjene u obrazovnom sistemu kako bi svako dijete imalo pristup kvalitetnom obrazovanju. Inspiriraj se, postani #innastavnik i inspiriraj druge!
