Credit Risk Solutions started with a simple idea. As people who've built and run originations and securitization shops, we wanted to build the outsource company we always wished existed—one we could turn to and entrust with our business. Like you, we've had to sit across the table, review the options and identify the right vendor fit. We want to make that decision easy for you. We've spent our first years creating a company that listens to clients as partners, refining the way we do business based on their feedback and comradery. We have built a successful business primarily from current client referrals. We consider this a great compliment. As part of the Computershare Loan Services family, you can consider us your experienced mortgage partner. From originations to servicing, our management team has experience with retail, consumer-direct, correspondent, and wholesale business channels. Your business deserves the highest level of commitment, so all of our staff is within the US (primarily in Denver) and we ensure that all of our operations are properly licensed and fully SAFE Act compliant. All of our services are performed entirely within the United States. Our seasoned and highly trained staff of mortgage professionals includes processors, underwriters, closers, appraisers, due diligence experts and capital market specialists. Every member of our staff has prior mortgage-related experience. In addition, every staff member must undergo extensive training, regardless of the experience level of an individual.
