We have learned a few things about big offices...people like them. We want our people in the field, watching the jobs, looking out for quality and listening to our customers, not sitting in the office. We also learned that big offices collect stuff, then we had to pay rent to store stuff. not any more.

Lots of staff? Nope!

Today, every Ehret Employee adds value to our customers. After 20 years in business we took a look at how we manage our business and thought a lot about how to take advantage of a marketplace full of talent. We made smart decisions and outsourced everything that was not fundamental to our business. Fancy Marketing Department? not any more. HR? outsourced to a great firm. Legal Department? Nope - no need.

Jim founded the Company in 1993, and incorporated Ehret Construction Company in 1997 as a merit shop Construction management and General Contracting Company. Ehret has gained a reputation as a customer-oriented builder with an aggressive value-based approach. As the President, Jim brings over 35 years of Construction Experience and an excellent reputation with Owners, Architects and Subcontractors throughout the industry.​
