Rocky Mountain Oil and Gas, LLC has been in business since 2008. We have performed landwork in 6 states and over 15 counties in our three years in business. Our Landmen are skilled in all aspects of upstream project development including; title research, contract preparation, surface and mineral related negotiations, aquisitions, divestitures and permitting. We are currently involved in the emerging Niobrara shale play in the DJ Basin, representing a major industry player. We have had great success securing leases through detailed title examination and subsiquent lease negotiations.


Providing superior service to our clients while maintaining the highest level of ethical conduct is our mission. Our work product is accurate and done in a timely manner, saving our clients thousands of dollars on the front end and in future curative measures. We specialize in high-value land negotiations, utilizing our experiential expertise in unconventional shale plays. Negotiating with municipalities, land holdings firms, trusts and Home Owners Associations is what we do best.
