About

Elderslie Farm, which began as a blackberry farm, offers "an exceptional taste of Kansas" in all of its dining options.

Fine Dining: A prix fixe multi-course dining experience on Friday and Saturday evenings. The dinners showcase the best and freshest local produce and ingredients in the area, beautifully prepared and elegantly served.

Happy Hour: Fri/Sat 5-7 for beverages and shareable plates.

Patio Nights: Thursday 5-9 a la carte menu, live music.

Bramble Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch on the patio Tuesdays-Saturdays 8-1 through the end of July. Families, couples or groups of friends can pick up a baked item or egg dish at the cafe counter and enjoy some peaceful, unhurried moments in the country on the shaded patio or under the covered area. After breakfast guests can wander the grounds of the farm or swing on the large swing set, visit the goats and stop by the Creamery for some FroYo, and also pick up cheese and accompaniments plus baked good, soups, etc., to take home for later. If they linger long enough they can have a picnic right at the Creamery or on the lawn.

Blackberries: During blackberry season (OPEN!) visitors are invited to reserve a spot for You-Picking in the beautifully-maintained bramble. A short ride on the "berry ferry" (repurposed hay wagon) takes visitors past Chisholm Creek, by the alfalfa fields and next to the horses (with occasional wild turkey sightings) to the Longfield Bramble, where they are given instructions and allowed to pick at their own pace with family and friends. They can then return to the patio and enjoy breakfast, if they haven't eaten first, or stay for lunch.

Market: The market has prepared foods from the Elderslie kitchen, including mains, soups, sides and desserts, along with freshly baked scones, cookies and bread AND gelato. There's also Elderslie cheese and honeys, jams and crackers to accompany. Hospitality-related items are also in the market: napkins, serving bowls and utensils, etc.
