After years of building relationships with Board members, CEOs, CHROs and other senior executives of these large companies, Hennessy was a key player in the shift toward moving seasoned executives from Big Pharma and the life sciences divisions of chemical/industrial conglomerates into investor-backed startups and early-stage life sciences companies. Over time, Hennessy evolved its retained search business to focus exclusively on finding leaders for the life sciences industry.
