Nivalion is a leading provider of legal finance solutions in Europe and beyond. We operate from offices in Switzerland (Steinhausen/Zug), Germany (Munich and Frankfurt) and Austria (Vienna), and invest in selected legal disputes, facilitating access to justice. Nivalion also generates attractive returns for our investors.
We assume the cost risk in high-value legal disputes, monetize claims and finance portfolios of disputes. Our investments are non-recourse. We provide funding for claimants, and in specific cases also for defendants.
We are financially robust, which allows us to provide our clients with bespoke resources to manage efficiently and reliably their disputes at all times.
