DocPok, a healthcare solution was started with one thing in mind, the improvement of healthcare quality for patients. It started with an observation. Patients in India were taking home their medical records which often ended up lost. This resulted in tests to be repeated and unnecessary exposure to radiation. With that in mind, we realized that a patient's medical records should be available for them in an easy and manageable way rather than carrying around paper records every time they had to visit the hospital. Another benefit of this would be that each person would have access to their own medical history without any gaps. With the prevalence of smartphones in the population developing an application that was quick and easy to use was our primary concern. To do this we created a system in which patients can upload their medical records on to a simple platform. This uploaded data is accessible by your doctor and you to give you the best care possible every time.
