The first Bosch products were sold in Switzerland as far back as 1904. The first Bosch company Robert Bosch AG was founded in 1920. The Bosch Group is now represented in Switzerland by seven companies: Robert Bosch AG, Scintilla AG, Bosch Rexroth Schweiz AG, Bosch Thermotechnik AG, sia Abrasives Industries AG, BSH Hausgeräte AG and ELPRO-BUCHS AG.
In 2023 Bosch generated a turnover of CHF 830 million in Switzerland with a workforce of around 2,200 employees.
