About

Reichle & De-Massari AG (R&M) is an independent Swiss family business with 60 years of experience in the information and communications technology market. R&M develops and produces infrastructure solutions for high-quality data and communications networks. With its copper and fiber optic systems, the company contributes significantly to operational reliability in networks all over the world.

R&M's special experience and core skills lie in the development and manufacture of connecting and distributive technology (connectivity) for copper and fiber optic networks. On the basis of these technologies, R&M offers solutions in three divisions: LAN and Building Automation, Data Centers, and Public Networks. Complete infrastructures for data centers, housings for network technology, hardware and software for infrastructure management, and its own cable and rack production complete the portfolio.

R&M is represented by its own market organizations in over 40 countries on all continents. Across the world, the decentralized production network consists of 12 R&M plants as well as more than 20 warehouses. In 2023, R&M recorded sales of CHF 257.8 million and generated 79 percent of its sales abroad. Every year, 3.5 percent of sales are invested in research and development, generated by 4 percent of the workforce.

R&M was founded in 1964 and is wholly owned by brothers Martin and Peter Reichle.
