Provo Rehab & Nursing is a skilled nursing facility in the heart of Provo, Utah. As a skilled nursing facility, we strive to provide exceptional care to our residents. Our mission is to work together to create a better today for ourselves and others.

We strive to be the provider of choice in our community by providing exceptional care, compassionate support, and a loving and encouraging team. Provo Rehab has therapy gyms, a memory care unit, long-term units, a short-term rehab floor, and a respiratory unit. Our team includes dedicated Nurses (RNs & LPNs), CNAs, Respiratory Therapists, Housekeepers, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Laundry Staff, Activities Assistants, and Dietary Professionals. Every role in our building is vital, and they each work together to live our mission of creating a better today for ourselves and others.
