The Lotus Company began its creative journey in 2007 with the acquisition and renovation of a 42-unit apartment complex in downtown Salt Lake City. Founder and CEO, Bryan Wrigley, set out to create a company defined by its entrepreneurial spirit, unmatched expertise and collaborative partnerships.

The Lotus Company has set the bar for thoughtful design and sustainability, evolving into an award-winning property venture and hospitality organization known for crafting magic in spaces otherwise overlooked. Lotus is recognized for its mastery in urban infill and revitalization, large-scale residential & commercial mixed-use projects, and best-in-class hospitality projects that include brewing, distilling and roasting, as well as bar and restaurant ownership.

The Lotus Company has created a $150 million ground-up asset portfolio and has a $260 million development pipeline of some of the most diverse and interesting projects along the Wasatch Front.
