Hospitality and Tourism International Consulting "HTI Consulting" is a niche, specialist hospitality, integrated resort, tourism and leisure focused consulting company formed in 2003. The objectives of the business are to service the strategic and operational needs of public and private sector hospitality and tourism organizations, focusing on developments in Africa and the Middle East.
HTI Consulting specializes in the gathering, analysing and interpretation of sensitive market and financial data and the production of market and financial feasibility and viability studies, business plans, marketing strategies and project concepts for hotel, residential, real estate, leisure, conference and integrated resort developments.
Since inception, HTI Consulting has conducted numerous hospitality and tourism studies for large and small private and public sector clients. To date more than 450 assignment have been completed covering 43 countries in Africa and Middle East namely: South Africa, Cameroon, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Benin, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo, Gabon, Mozambique, Namibia, Mauritius, Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Zanzibar, Uganda, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Togo, Egypt, Bahrain, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Yemen and Libya. .
