At Fosters, we offer our clients a complete service, providing a Full Cycle of Property. To ensure this happens, we've developed a business model to look after our clients' property requirements from beginning to end. Fosters involvement in all aspects of the property cycle include development, construction and maintenance services to help provide a sustainable business model moving forward.

Fosters is a Waikato owned and operated company, proud to make a difference in the community it operates in. All of the owners in the company hold key positions within Fosters, and this provides a level of buy-in and commitment to make projects a success. For a client, this means that you have a direct connection with the decision makers of Fosters through your build process.

The commercial construction market has many risks, and Fosters manages these risks to ensure we are well placed to sustainably deliver projects. Some of the things we do are:

• We focus on projects in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty where we have strong relationships and supply networks.
• We invest in great systems to provide timely information for job and company management.
• We know what we are good at, and what we are not so good at. We try and play to our strengths and stay focused on Warehouse, Retail, Office and Public projects.
• We only promise what we can deliver. This applies to time, cost and quality outcomes.
• We take a whole of life approach to construction, making sure the projects we deliver are fit for purpose long term.
