Our main factory based in China boasts a praiseworthy annual solar cell production capacity of 2.5G W, an annual module production capacity of 1.8 GW and an annual wafer production capacity of 1.0 GW. The factory employs a selectively optimized vertical integration model which offers you the benefit of a more cost effective manufacturing process, while simultaneously paying heed to every detail in the process of manufacturing the whole photovoltaic supply chain system. This holistic system has many strict controls and quality inspection regulations, ensuring that only the highest quality products are produced.

GC Solar is also affiliated with a local South African solar water heater manufacturer which is situated in Gauteng. This solar water heater factory covers 9500 square meter and has a monthly manufacturing capacity of 16,000 units. Together, we are SABS compliant with SWH equipment and accredited by Eskom on the Solar Water Heating Rebate Program. We are also a Member of SESSA and SAPVIA.
