About

Hapimag AG was founded in 1963 as an economically attractive and ecologically sensible alternative to owning a holiday home. Instead of a single holiday home in one location, we share 56 holiday resorts with over 5,000 holiday apartments in popular destinations across Europe – by the sea, in the mountains, or in cities. As a sharing community, together with our shareholders, we take on economic, social, and ecological responsibility.

In the 2023 financial year, we welcomed 443,024 guests to our resorts (previous year: 410,663) and recorded a total of 2.6 million overnight stays (2.5 million). The average satisfaction of our guests across all resorts last year was 4.61 out of a possible 5.0 points (4.59).
