We remain committed to helping these members of our community and their families by providing services and tools that promote independent living and overall wellness with a whole-person approach.

At WLRS, our mission is to always go above and beyond in helping caregivers navigate challenges associated with helping their loved one thrive independently. Our four main goals are:

While many services and options depend on case-by-case needs, our primary object always remains to offer support, guidance, and care to those who need just a little extra help to enjoy the benefits of independence.

Over the last forty years, we've helped countless individuals and families through our programs and services at WLRS. It is our firm position that by helping people starts by analyzing their needs and making sure all aspects are being met.

We happily provide service to individuals in their own homes and those who reside in apartments or dwellings provided by the Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities and/or the Wood Lane Residential Properties Board. These services can vary from basic transportation to occupational therapy, dietary guidance, supported living, and much more. Please take a look at a longer list of services and options here.
