Based in Marlborough with operations in Bay of Plenty and Hawkes Bay, we offer solutions in vineyard management, machinery, agricultural workforce supply, and worker accommodation.

Since 2008 we have been leaders of our industry, challenging the status quo and setting industry benchmarks as we go. We're not your average business, nor do we operate like one- we utilise alternative hiring, pricing, and operating practices that deliver proven results.

We offer all-inclusive vineyard management services, provide expert workforce solutions, and develop world-class worker accommodation for our staff. Our services are bolstered by an amazing team of office staff who deliver finance, health and safety, and people and culture support.
