Founded in 1996 by Pam Beck alongside her husband Kevin, they created the framework of this innovative company that has grown to offer a diverse scope of services to federal, state, private and commercial clients throughout the United States.

Building on its core philosophy of 'Passion for Excellence, Quality from Experience', DMS has successfully performed approximately $100 million in construction and maintenance projects that range in size from a few thousand dollars to more than $6 million. Our unwavering tradition of high standards has resulted in the award and positive performance of 18 IDIQ contracts with a combined value of nearly $500 million.

The company's growth doesn't rest with its own successfully awarded and delivered contracts; DMS partners with the largest industry leaders and acquires experienced governmental contracting companies when positive opportunities arise.
